Courtney Lada is a Partner at QLK. She joined the organization in early 2007 as an associate director and quickly rose to a senior associate role where she assisted the firm's managing partners in a variety of executive searches ranging from mid-level to C-Suite positions.
As a partner, Courtney now leads a number of search assignments including recruitment of chief executives and senior leaders in operations, finance, nursing and other areas within hospitals, health systems and large membership associations. In addition, Courtney has learned the inner workings of small, rural hospitals; large, academic medical centers; county-owned public hospitals; and an array of membership organizations. Having gained a wealth of experience working with a range of clients throughout her time at QLK, Courtney understands how to assess the needs of each organization in order to recruit the appropriate executive to fit the given culture.
Hailing from the Northwest side of Chicago, Courtney attended the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she obtained a bachelor's degree in psychology with a focus on counseling. Upon graduating, she worked at a special education cooperative in South Chicago where she assisted in counseling sessions with students ages 7 to 17, helping prepare them to return to the public school system. She began her tenure with QLK soon thereafter.
