Lindsey Hochman

Lindsey Hochman is a Principal at Quick Leonard Kieffer. In her role, she guides the day-to-day operational efforts of team members, and works alongside the firm's managing partners in the execution of a variety of senior-level searches. Lindsey is active in relationships with clients ranging from large academic medical centers and healthcare systems to community hospitals and medical groups, in disciplines that run the gamut from operations and finance to medical affairs, nursing, and human resources. She is committed to each client's individual needs, ensuring that every search on which she works runs smoothly and progresses toward its ultimate goal.

Lindsey brings to QLK a unique background that has provided her a solid foundation in recruiting and developing candidates. She joined QLK in June of 2016, after having served for four years as a recruiting coordinator for women's rowing, first at Hobart and William Smith Colleges and then at the University of San Diego. As a recruiter, Lindsey developed her capacity to assess the strengths and weaknesses of potential candidates for the programs, and to create individualized recruitment plans. Rounding out her skill sets, she was also responsible for public relations, compliance reports, and fundraising efforts. This experience has translated well to the arena of executive search.

In addition to rowing recruitment, Lindsey has spent a number of years as a rowing coach, developing education and training programs, handling logistics, advising and mentoring athletes, and serving as an event manager. Lindsey herself is an accomplished rower, having spent three and a half years with the United States National Rowing Team, during which time she earned two bronze medals and one fourth-place finish.

While training and competing as a rower, Lindsey held short-term positions as a marketing and PR specialist with McQuaid & Co., and as a senior staff assistant for Spoken Communications, both in the Seattle, Washington area. She earned her bachelor's degree in English, with a minor in film and media studies, from Colgate University in Hamilton, New York.
