Job Description:

This Chief Learning Officer will report directly to the CHRO and is a system-wide role. This opportunity will require being front and center in all areas of the organization, working to integrate efforts with new organizations in the system, and leading the creation of Atrium's first-ever career development framework. We are seeking a candidate who has implemented positive cultural change, developed curriculum and content, and used continuous improvement methodologies to achieve organizational objectives at a large, complex organization.

Requirements
The next Chief Learning Officer must have a demonstrated ability to develop and lead a world-class learning organization and create a diverse, inclusive, high-performing, and transformational team and organization. He/she must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in developing and evaluating employee development programs, setting strategic learning direction, and measuring outcomes/results in a multi-site organization. They will be expected to be a results-driven individual with the ability to demonstrate strategic influence, lead organizational change, cultivate strategic relationships, and engage and inspire stakeholders.
