Job Description:

Reporting to the chief strategy officer, the System Vice President | Chief Digital Officer is a member of the executive lead- ership team, responsible for developing the digital, data, and analytics strategies to support Sanford Health's future vision and long‐term goals. This individual will lead change and champion the use of technology, information, and analytics in business model design and internal/external engagement with employees and the system's customers. He or she will sup- port and govern digital and analytics strategy execution to ensure that strategic intent is realized, achieving an appropri- ate balance between the development of long‐term digital capabilities and short‐term operational priorities. The System Vice President | Chief Digital Officer will serve as a thought leader/thought partner to internal stakeholders relative to the transformational potential of digital capabilities, technology, and advanced analytics.
