New Hanover Regional Medical Center (NHRMC) is southeastern North Carolina's leading provider of patient-focused, award-winning healthcare services. NHRMC is a public, not-for-profit teaching hospital and tertiary care center for a seven-county area, with the region's only Level II Trauma Center. In addition to their 747-bed flagship hospital, the network includes NHRMC Orthopedic Hospital, Betty H. Cameron Women's and Children's Hospital, NHRMC Behavioral Health Hospital, Pender Memorial Hospital and NHRMC Rehabilitation Hospital. Reporting to the president and chief executive officer, the chief human resource officer (CHRO) will serve as a member of the senior administrative team and will drive the strategic and operational leadership of the human resource function across the entire New Hanover Regional Medical Center (NHRMC) organization. The CHRO will strategically align and manage sound and effective HR policies, programs, services, and initiatives, and will be a leader who is open to a culture of team effort.
