Job Description:

Reporting to the chief human resources officer of the system, the vice president of total rewards will provide leadership and oversight of the total rewards function for the health system, tasked with developing and implementing the corporate total reward strategy for compensation and benefit programs.  This individual will develop and implement total reward strategic plans that are aligned with PeaceHealth's philosophy and objectives, establishing and maintaining processes to ensure the competitiveness of total rewards packages, which include base salaries, cash incentives, equity-based compensation, and a competitive benefits program.  The ideal candidate will have a (preferred) Master's degree in business, management, human resources, healthcare administration, or a related discipline along with a minimum of five years' proven business leadership experience in all facets of HR; total rewards, shared services, learning and organizational development, talent acquisition, executive recruiting, teammate relations, and HR strategic business partners.
