QuadMed clinics deliver medical, laboratory, pharmacy and physical therapy services, along with coordinated care through relationships with local hospitals, providers, and specialists. The company is continuously innovating and investing in new programs, services, and technologies that will help it provide a better patient experience for the employee populations it serves. QuadMed services are differentiated by way of offering providers who are full-time, salaried employees, and its healthcare solutions are tailored and customized to its partners' workforces.
Reporting to the president of QuadMed, the vice president of business development is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of the company's growth strategies; this includes accountability for new business development, sales management as well as marketing and branding initiatives. In the current healthcare environment employers are seeking ways to better serve their employees and mitigate the high cost of healthcare; QuadMed provides the solution. The VP will drive revenue, selling the unique QuadMed value proposition into large employer groups. With a consultative and solution-based sales approach, the VP will have the opportunity to develop tailored approaches that can gain buy-in throughout large, heavily-matrixed organizations. To further grow QuadMed's market share, the VP will develop business development and product development strategies to include ancillary and partner relationships of healthcare and wellness services to enhance the differentiated value proposition QuadMed has to offer. Among but not exclusive could be partners in occupational health, diagnostic testing and other complimentary value-add products and services. Experienced driving enterprise sales into large employer groups or through employer broker networks will set the VP up for success.
