Position: Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Each site (and the services provided therein), managed by an executive director, is self-sustaining and supports its own operating costs. The Senior Vice President of Human Resources reports directly to the President & CEO and is responsible for the overall administration, organization, planning, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Resources Department and all of its component functions and activities, including recruitment and retention; onboarding, training, and development; performance management; compensation and benefits; employee relations; labor relations; HRIS; employee engagement; customer experience / service excellence; compliance and risk management. In addition, the SVP of HR serves as the Corporate Compliance Officer. The SVP's reporting relationships include one direct report, the Corporate Director of Human Resources/Director of Human Resources, Lutheran Home (one person, dual role), and five dotted-line reports, the directors of human resources at Arlington of Naples, Luther Oaks, Pleasant View, St. Paul's House, and Wittenberg Village.
