With over 25 years of healthcare leadership and consulting experience, Kathy has developed national consultative practices in executive search, talent assessment, competency development, succession planning and CEO leadership transition planning. Her consulting practice has included both for- and non-profit healthcare organizations, large integrated systems, community hospitals, medical group practices, faith-based health systems and hospitals, specialty hospitals and academic medical centers.

Working with boards and search committees, Kathy has led numerous successful engagements that have resulted in seamless CEO leadership transitions, continuity of strategic plans and long-term growth and success for organizations whose focus is to provide the highest quality of patient care.

Dedicated to addressing the special circumstances of each assignment, Kathy seeks to understand each client’s unique business challenges, strategies and organizational culture to successfully address and provide leadership solutions in a style that is responsive, professional and personal. Before joining QLK, Kathy was vice president for two healthcare consulting and executive search firms with national practices. Prior to consulting, she held nursing leadership roles for an integrated delivery system in the Midwest.

Kathy holds an MBA from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a BS in Nursing from the University of Missouri- Columbia. Outside of work, she enjoys all travel adventures, water skiing, boating, gardening and spending time with her family.
