Joseph Brady Hill is a Managing Partner at Quick Leonard Kieffer. Joseph’s career spans three decades and combines his consulting work with years of executive leadership in the healthcare and non-profit sectors.
Most recently, Joseph has been helping organizations become stronger and more relevant by providing advice and counsel regarding Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategy, Culture, Governance, Executive Leadership and Organizational Initiatives and Partnerships. Joseph served as Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer at Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson Health in Philadelphia as well as Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer at Froedtert Health System and The Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. Earlier in his career he served as Managing Director of Diversity and Inclusion at the American Cancer Society, the world’s largest voluntary health association.
Joseph earned a bachelor’s degree at Virginia Union University, a master’s degree at Howard University and a certificate in Diversity Healthcare Management at Georgetown University.
Joseph is a member of the board of Trustees at Virginia Union University in Richmond Virginia and also serves on the Board of Trustees of Herzing University, a Wisconsin-based university with several metropolitan campuses that focuses in training the next generation of nurses and health professionals. He currently resides in Atlanta.
