In his role, John will participate in searches and other projects that will allow him to bring his wealth of human resources and industry knowledge in support of our client’s objectives.

John provides in-depth experience in all aspects of human resources including talent strategy, total rewards, leadership and organization development, workforce development, team member engagement and experience, human resources technology and team member wellness and wellbeing.

John has worked with Boards of Directors to provide advice, counsel and recommendations on human capital matters including CEO compensation and performance assessment, executive incentive programs and organizational goal setting. John has also led the human resources due diligence process and organization integration work for several acquisitions. He has served in high level human resources positions in the consumer package goods, technology, direct to consumer, specialty retail and healthcare sectors.
