Position: Vice President of Talent Acquisition

Job Description:

The vice president of talent acquisition will work closely with PeaceHealth's executive and HR leadership teams to develop and lead the organization's executive and non‐clinical talent acquisition strategy and framework; in doing so, he or she will enable PeaceHealth to attract, engage, evaluate, and hire the exceptional talent needed to drive its business strategies. This role will design, implement, and lead talent acquisition programs and practices that are driven by the organization's mission, vision, values, and long‐term business strategy. The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualifications:

  • A master's degree in business administration, HR, organization psychology, or a related field is required
  • A minimum of ten years of talent acquisition experience in both high‐volume recruiting and executive recruiting disciplines within a dynamic, high‐growth environment
  • Five or more years of management experience and proven ability to lead and develop a team of high‐performing talent acquisition recruiters
  • Healthcare experience required
  • Previous experience in executive search/agency, Recruitment Process
