YMCA of the Rockies operates two family resorts and conference centers on either side of Rocky Mountain National Park. It also operates a residential camp for kids. The YMCA Estes Park Center is located in the town of Estes Park and abuts Rocky Mountain National Park. It is a vacation, reunion and conference destination. The Estes Park Center boasts over 860 acres, with 214 family cabins, 9 reunion cabins and 9 hotel-style lodges. There is lodging space for 4,700 guests. There are 61 meeting rooms and 3 large conference rooms with up to 2,500 seats. There are 4 on-site dining options and over 30 activities including guided hiking and fishing, horseback riding, summer camp, archery, mini golf, tennis, basketball and yoga.
Snow Mountain Ranch just outside Winter Park, CO, has 50 family cabins, 9 reunion cabins, 24 seasonal yurts, 41 RV & tent sites and 3 hotel-style lodges. This includes lodging for 2,100 guests, 20 meetings rooms with 2 large conference rooms. In addition to many of the same activities offered at the Estes Park Center, this location includes a world class Nordic center with over 100+ kilometers of trails.
Camp Chief Ouray (CCO), situated inside the boundaries of Snow Mountain Ranch Center, has been operating since 1908 and is an extraordinary overnight camp for kids 7-17 years old from all over the world.

Job Description
We are coordinating an executive search for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the YMCA of the Rockies, in Estates Park, Colorado. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the COO will provide strategic leadership for center operations and the Associations’ strategic planning. The COO will drive operational excellence while ensuring mission delivery, financial performance, guest and camper satisfaction, employee engagement and operational efficiency and effectiveness. The COO will champion the mission of the YMCA of the Rockies – putting Christian principles into practice through programs, staff and facilities in an environment that builds healthy spirit, mind and body for all. Staff are expected to provide extraordinary mission-based experiences for guests and for each other.
