Angie Mannino has been named chief people and culture officer at Baptist Health in Louisville, Kentucky. Prior to her appointment, Angie was the senior vice president of human resources at Inova Healthcare System in Falls Church, Virginia. She also held various leadership positions at RJ Reynolds (which acquired British American Tobacco Corporation and all of its divisions in 2004), including vice president of human resources, talent management, engagement and inclusion. While at Inova, Angie created a unified and centralized HR function and helped the organization grow to be one of the best healthcare systems in the country. Angie holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Bellevue University in Bellevue, Nebraska and an MS degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York. She and her husband Ben have two children. In her spare time, Angie enjoys golf and biking.
