CHICAGO, July 26, 2021 — Quick Leonard Kieffer is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Quick to the role of Managing Partner.

Mike joined the firm eight years ago, serving as a Principal, helping Managing Partners and Of Counsel members hundreds of searches for hospital, health system, academic medical center, medical group, health association, and life sciences C-suite executives. In this capacity, he was recognized for his responsiveness to clients and his ability to adapt to required changes and challenges.  Since June 2018, Mike has also served as QLK’s Vice President of Client Relations and Business Development, focusing on identifying and helping secure new clients for retained executive searches, tracking the firm’s business development efforts, and working with senior management and Managing Partners to implement systems and processes that promote strong client relationships, service excellence, and a culture of business development.

As Managing Partner, Mike will lead teams through the entire search process, from business development to post-placement.  He will work closely with clients, candidates, and QLK colleagues, with a focus on developing and maintaining relationships, creating and enacting strategy, providing training and guidance, and ensuring high-quality, successful results.
